These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, and services provided by UK GLAZE LTD.
Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and written acceptance.
- Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your order.
- Full payment is due prior to installation or delivery.
- Late payments may result in delays or withholding of guarantees.
Installation
- Installations are carried out by our in-house team.
- Site access must be provided during agreed hours.
- We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or third-party delays.
Warranty
- All glass products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
- Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
- Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.
Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of confirmation, provided no work has commenced.
- Cancellations after this period may incur charges based on progress.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
